1. Delivery within Switzerland and Liechtenstein
Orders can only be placed at our online shop for delivery addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. For orders from Germany, Austria and other countries, please read the information below.
The items ordered will only be dispatched once we have received payment, unless confirmed otherwise by us in writing. If you don’t tend to trust online shops, you can insure your advance payment free of charge (immediately after completing your order). Samyra Fashion will bear the cost. You’ll find further information on the “Money Back Guarantee” here.
Delivery times depend on the product and are listed for each individual item. If the customer pays on time, delivery generally takes 3 to 4 weeks for evening dresses and 8 to 12 weeks for wedding dresses. In urgent cases, an appointment can be made to visit our showroom in Zurich where dresses can be purchased directly. However, not all items are available in every size or colour. As we are only at our showroom by appointment, a time must be arranged beforehand.
Customers can track the status of their order through their Samyra Fashion user account and will be informed automatically by e-mail when Samyra Fashion has received payment or the order has been dispatched to the designated delivery address or is ready to be collected (if you choose to collect it in person).
2. Delivery charges for Switzerland and Liechtenstein
Delivery charges within Switzerland and Liechtenstein are a flat rate of CHF 15.00. (PRIORITY). You can however collect your order in person at our Zürich showroom (customer collection) where there will be no delivery charge. We will contact you by e-mail once your item has arrived to arrange an appointment.
3. Delivery charges for Germany, Austria and other countries
You can also place an order from Germany, Austria or other countries. For legal and technical reasons, these orders cannot be made directly through our online shop. Please contact us beforehand by e-mail or telephone and we’ll be able to notify you of the delivery charges and invoice total in euros.
