1. Delivery to Switzerland and Liechtenstein

Orders can only be delivered to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Orders are only dispatched once we have received payment, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing. If you mistrust online shops, you can insure your advance payment free of charge. Samyra Fashion will cover these costs on your behalf. Delivery times depend on the product, and are specific to each item. Once payment has been received, it usually takes 2-3 weeks for evening dresses to arrive, and about 4-6 weeks for wedding dresses. In urgent cases, you can arrange an appointment at our showroom in Zurich, where you can purchase your items directly. However, not all items are available in every size or colour. As we are only at the showroom by appointment, a prior appointment must be made.

Customers can track the status of their order at any time using their Samyra Fashion user account. We will also inform you by e-mail when we have received your payment, that we have sent the items to the specified address, or when your order is ready for collection.

2. Delivery costs to Switzerland and Liechtenstein

Delivery costs within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein are a flat rate of 15 CHF. You can also collect your order in person at our showroom in Zurich, thereby avoiding any delivery costs. Once your items have arrived, we will notify you by e-mail and arrange an appointment.
